This song and theme was suggested by nynaeve_sedai over a year ago at the Gateworld forum. I dug out my CD, gave it a listen and agreed that this song is perfect for the Pete/Sam/Jack triangle. It took me this long to make the video because I could not decide on a way to do the video. At first I was going to follow the beats but I just about went insane working it that way and still telling the story. So I threw that away and pouted about it for a while and then one day I listened to the song and zoned in on the strings and knew that had to be the key.

Forgive the intrusion of a dyed-in-the-wool anti-shipper, but I had to tell you that I love this vid to tiny pieces. :-)

While I don't enjoy Jack/Sam, I do adore a well-made vid, and this is most definitely one of those. Beautifully paced, gorgeous to look at, it has obviously been made with great care and love, and it makes better sense of the storyline than the writers ever did. Bonus!
